The order form evaluates both city and county because several Metro Atlanta cities cross county lines. If photography is unavailable for the entered property location, the form explains that before checkout and removes the photography charge.

What to know before ordering photography
Can I add photography to a sale or rental listing?
Yes. Professional photography may be selected with a new residential sale or rental order when the property is in the service area. Existing customers may also order it from the Add a Service tool in My Listings.
Where is professional photography available?
Photography is available in the Metro Atlanta service region. The order form checks the property city and county and confirms availability before checkout. Cities that cross a service-area county line may still qualify.
How do I schedule the appointment?
During checkout, you provide two preferred dates and either a morning or afternoon window. Simply List coordinates the request with the photographer and posts fulfillment updates in your listing workspace.
Can I include community amenities?
Yes. Select a package that includes community areas when you want eligible amenities photographed. Access and scheduling must be available for those areas.
Can I provide my own listing photos instead?
Yes. Professional photography is optional. You may upload your own properly licensed images through the listing workspace and arrange them before approving the listing draft.
