Your Listing. Your Call.

YOUR PROPERTY. A MORE DIRECT CONVERSATION.

Your Listing.
Your Call.

You know your home. We help the right people reach you.

When a buyer or real estate agent calls Simply List about your property, our automated assistant helps identify the listing and connects the call to you when transfers are available. You can talk about the home, answer questions, and work out the next step together.

LESS BACK-AND-FORTH

A useful introduction before you pick up.

Our call routing brings property inquiries to the person who knows the home, while keeping office questions with the office.

01

They tell us why they’re calling.

The assistant asks enough to identify the property and understand whether the caller is a consumer, an agent, or another professional.

02

You hear who’s on the line.

Before a property call connects, an automated introduction identifies the caller’s role and the property. Say yes or press 1 to accept.

03

The conversation is yours.

Once connected, you speak directly with the caller. If you don’t answer or accept, the caller can leave their name, callback number, and a message.

THE RIGHT ROUTE FOR EACH CALL

Not every caller needs the same introduction.

PROPERTY INQUIRIES

Buyers and agents → you

People calling about your property can be connected directly to you during transfer hours. Appraisers can also be connected to the owner for property-related questions.

AGENTS ALREADY ON FILE

A recognized agent → Céline

When the incoming phone number matches an agent registered on a property file, that agent can skip the initial AI questions and be connected to Céline during the registered-agent transfer window.

This applies to agents recorded on a file, not every caller who identifies themselves as an agent.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS

A familiar number. A more relevant start.

If the number matches one customer account, the assistant can recognize that you may be calling about your account and ask how it can help. It then follows your request to the appropriate office contact or message path.

Customer recognition helps guide the conversation. It does not skip every question or unlock private account information.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO CATCH EVERY RING

Missed call. Kept conversation.

If a property connection can’t be completed, the caller can leave a message. Their name, callback number, and message are captured for follow-up through your property’s Property Inquiries.

Office requests follow a separate message path, so a question for Simply List doesn’t become a request for you to handle.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

What to expect.

Do I have to give callers my personal number?

Callers can start with Simply List’s public number. The system uses the contact number saved for your property to attempt the connection, so you don’t need to give out your number just to receive a transferred inquiry.

Does this mean Simply List shows my home?

No. A phone connection helps you coordinate directly. Simply List does not tour unrepresented buyers, visit the property, or host open houses. We advertise open houses you arrange.

What if I call from a different phone?

If there isn’t a reliable match, the assistant asks how it can help and follows your request. Keep your account contact number current to help recognition work as intended.

Does recognizing my number verify my identity?

No. A phone-number match helps route a call. It does not authorize access to private account details or changes to your listing.

Does call routing replace my listing plan’s support?

No. Call routing helps people reach the right place. Your selected plan determines the brokerage support you receive. Compare With Help and Without Help to choose what fits your needs.
