Georgia MLS
Georgia MLS makes listings available within its agent network and offers online distribution. Its public distribution guide names major property websites and ListHub as separate channels.

FMLS
FMLS connects participating real estate professionals with listing information. It also manages approved data access and links to a public search for rentals and open houses.

Internet Data Exchange lets participating brokers display eligible MLS listings on their websites. IDX is a way of sharing listing data, rather than one advertising website.

What to expect from distribution.
Publisher relationships can change. This directory is subject to change based on ListHub’s publishing relationships, MLS agreements, and individual website policies. Listing display depends on broker selections, internet-display permissions, property type, location, status, and each destination’s requirements. No placement on every website is guaranteed.
Sites process new listings and changes on their own schedules. A listing update or removal may take time to appear across destinations. Standard distribution does not promise premium placement, search position, views, inquiries, or a sale or lease.
Website exposure and inquiry delivery are different. Supported inquiries received by Simply List can be matched to the property dashboard; some messages remain within the originating platform.
