Georgia brokerage
Verify who holds and services the listing.
Look beyond the advertised price. Compare MLS coverage, when you pay, who answers your questions, and how much help you receive when an offer arrives.
Simply List includes FMLS and GAMLS. Residential sale-listing fees are paid at closing—not upfront.
Flat fee MLS companies can differ in important ways. Some require payment before the listing begins. Some charge separately for additional MLS coverage, changes, or support. Some route customers through a national platform or partner network.
Simply List is a licensed Georgia brokerage. We combine local FMLS and GAMLS exposure with a choice: manage the transaction independently for maximum savings, or receive broker help when pricing, offers, contracts, and negotiations matter.
Use these points to compare the complete service—not just the first number in an advertisement.

Capture and manage buyer interest
We’re rolling out dedicated public pages for Simply List properties. Once your listing is live, share its Simply List link so interested buyers contact you directly. Every inquiry submitted through the page is saved in the Leads section of your dashboard for follow-up, instead of being routed to an agent purchasing leads on another real estate website.
