Two connected workflows
The sign does not control MLS status
Sign fulfillment is visible with the same property, but it runs separately from listing preparation and publishing. A delayed sign does not conceal the property's next MLS task, and ordering a sign does not make the listing Active.

Use your own sign only after broker review
If you want to use a sign other than a Simply List product, submit the complete artwork to Simply List before display. We will review it through the brokerage advertising process. The owner remains responsible for property, community, placement, and installation requirements.

Common questions
Before ordering a yard sign
Is a yard sign included with every listing?
No. A sign is an optional service. Select it with a new order or add one later from the applicable property workspace.
Where can the sign be shipped?
Choose the listing address or provide a mailing or other shipping address at checkout. The second address is requested only when it is needed.
Can I pick up the sign?
No. Signs ship directly from the manufacturer. Office pickup is not available.
How long does delivery take?
The average processing and delivery time is 7 to 10 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, so order early when timing matters.
Does Simply List install the sign?
No. Installation services are not provided. The owner is responsible for appropriate placement, permission, community restrictions, and a safe installation location.
Can I use my own yard sign?
A seller-supplied sign must be submitted to Simply List for broker review and approval before it is displayed. Use the official advertising resources below for the underlying Georgia rules.
Where can I follow the order?
The sign appears in Order Fulfillment for the property. The status progresses separately from the MLS publication queue so a sign order does not hide the listing's next action.
Does ordering a sign make the listing active?
No. Sign fulfillment and MLS publishing are separate workflows. The property becomes Active after the customer approves the draft and the office completes the MLS publishing task.
