If for any reason you need to remove your for-sale listing from FMLS and GAMLS and return at a later time, Simply List Atlanta offers a discount and relists your property for $125 with the following conditions: No transaction had occurred on property while it was previously listed through Simply List Atlanta and property is relisted within 90 (ninety) days of un-listing.
