The exposure you need

Ever wondered how to sell your home by owner?

Use the MLS!

We make selling by owner easy in Georgia. By real estate law, a homeowner is allowed to sell their own property without a real estate license. This means that Georgia homeowners can use the resources provided by Simply List to bypass thousands owed in commissions to a traditional listing agent.

We provide a way for homeowners to list on the multiple listing services for no upfront fee. Normally, access to the FMLS and GAMLS are restricted to licensed real estate agents. By listing, the property is seen by many agents, as well as syndication to third party websites like Zillow for the non-licensed public to see.

Even more, Georgia Association of REALTORS (GAR) contract and disclosure forms are used by our customers to provide maximum legal protection. These forms are purchased by our company every year, and are always current.

At closing, a small fee of $199 + (0.003 x sales price) is charged. That’s it! There is no expiry date, charge for listing changes, nor a charge for using the GAR forms.
