You will need to have filled out, as thoroughly as possible, both a property information form and an exclusive listing agreement. These forms are available on our website after you purchase a listing.

The more information you provide, the more likely your property is to attract more interested buyers. Be as thorough as possible to be as successful as possible!

Upload your pictures in the order you want them posted. Remember, a front exterior shot is required for your listing’s cover photo. More extensive instructions are on the photo upload page.

The MLS listing will feature both the listing agent’s contact information and yours. Any inquiries the listing agent receives about your property will be forwarded to you, and parties interested in your listing will be directed to you to set up showings and for any additional information they require.

Purchase a listing, and we will e-mail you a link to the listing agreement and property information forms. Once you complete the listing agreement and property information form online, via email, fax, or mail, we take it from there. All your information will be forwarded to your listing agent, who will take care of getting it onto the MLS for you, and contact you if there are any additionial questions or clarifications required.

Showing Suite is a primarily automated system designed to collect information and feedback about listings from prospective buyers and their agents. Access to Showing Suite is complimentary with lease of a Supra lockbox from SimplyList.

You should use the public remarks to sell all the great attributes of your property. Use your 575 characters to describe and highlight the property and its condition.  If you’ve renovated the master bathroom, put in hardwood floors, or are offering new appliances with the sale, here’s the place to put it. Sing your listing’s praises. For what you cannot include in the public remarks, see here.

The public remarks section is restricted to description, condition, and highlights of the property. However,  no square footage or acreage numbers are permitted here. You CANNOT have contact information, including names, phone numbers, website or email addresses, not even virtual tour links. NO calling or showing instructions are permitted here, including references to alarms, gate, lockbox, or other security codes. No incentives for agents or brokers are permitted in this section. Limit yourself to description, condition, and marketing of the property only.

We will email you PDF copies of your listing on both the FMLS and Georgia MLS to review. After you have looked over your approved listing, you have the opportunity to contact us in writing with any changes or corrections you’d like us to make.
