Make Changes/Add to Existing Listing (9)

All changes, including property descriptions, prices, photos, etc, must be requested in an email to listings@simplylistatlanta.com 

Most changes will be made within 24 hours, except holidays and weekends.

Simply List turns around MLS listings and changes within 24 hours, except weekends and holidays. 

We do not have any control over when changes are displayed with third party sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Homefinder, etc. They are syndicated automatically after the change is made on the MLS, and each platform picks up on the change independently.

Simply List offers a weekend and holiday listing/listing change service for an additional fee. Click HERE for more details. Otherwise, Simply List will add or update your listing on the next open business day.

An MLS listing expires after a period of up to 6 months, though you can elect to have your listing expire sooner. We offer free additional extensions on your listing-it’s up there until it sells or you ask that it comes down via written request sent to listings@simplylistatlanta.com

Yes. However, for just $39, you can acquire a beautiful and durable one with stand from Simply List, complete with your phone number. Our signs are also compliant with Georgia regulations for advertising real estate.

If you choose to use your own, generic “Property for Sale” signs can be picked up at your local hardware store, Home Depot, or Lowes.

Yes! You can purchase a sign on our website for a low $39, or contact the office. 

Yes. You can upgrade to a $399 listing for this.
